These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ticket Validation platform ("Service"), operated by Nowatek Ltd ("Nowatek", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Ticket Validation is a cloud-based software platform that provides ticket import, management, and validation tools for event organizers, venues, and clubs.

The Service includes a web-based administration dashboard and mobile scanning applications.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Plan details, features, and pricing are displayed on our Pricing page.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Nowatek to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. If you reach your plan's monthly validation limit, you will be required to upgrade to continue using the Service.

4. Trial Period

We may offer a trial period allowing limited use of the Service without payment. Trial terms and limitations are displayed at the time of signup.

At the end of the trial, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
  • Share or resell access to the Service without authorization
  • Share or resell access to the Service without authorization
  • Upload malicious code or data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of all ticket data and event information uploaded to the Service. We process data solely to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous Service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for downtime, internet outages, or force majeure events.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nowatek shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including lost revenue, lost data, or event disruption.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding three months.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify users via email or within the Service.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
