Before you start

Open the correct event and decide which purchase period, ticket validity and ticket types you want to review.

What to do

  1. Set the report filters

Open Statistics, then Online stats. Choose the Purchase period, Ticket validity and Ticket type. Check the data freshness label and use Refresh when you need the latest report available.

  2. Read sales and inventory together

Net ticket revenue is shown after refunds and excludes platform fees. Paid orders and Tickets sold exclude refunded purchases. Compare Ticket allocation, Tickets remaining and Sell-through to understand how much of the online allocation has sold.

  3. Investigate the detail

Use Revenue Breakdown to compare gross ticket sales and refunds. Review Sales Channels for sales page and embedded checkout performance. Use View orders to inspect individual orders, or Export CSV for the report export.

Keep in mind

Online inventory excludes imported, guestlist and POS tickets. A festival pass counts once even when it covers several days.

Recent Online Orders totals include platform fees, while channel revenue per paid order excludes them. A sales report is not a bank settlement statement; review payout details in your payment account.
